Outsource Parts Solution

GreenSight has developed programs designed to reduce the costs related to owning and managing service spares inventories. These programs include:

  • Managed Parts/JIT "Inventory-Less" Solutions - GreenSight owns the inventory at your stocking location, you pay an availability fee and only pay for parts as they are used.

  • Service Spares Management - GreenSight assumes responsibility for all service parts supply and management. A 10% cost reduction is guaranteed - For OEMs, it eliminates EOL purchasing and surplus; cost savings are realized by GreenSight' use of the secondary market as the primary source of supply for the product lifecycle.
